Shipping

All express delivery purchases must be made before 2.30pm. All orders are processed Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

 

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail and has 2 options of next day & 2 day services. Please note we have no collection on a Tuesday so anything places after 2.30 Monday will be packed and collected on Wednesday. All Royal Mail Time frames are working days.

 

All Inpost Locker :

CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

Select InPost as your delivery option and choose a
locker or shop close to home, work or uni.
2. When your order has landed, InPost will ping you.
Pick it up when it suits you.
3. Scan or show the QR code in your emails, or
provide your phone number and pick-up code, then
skip off into the sunset.

InPost will send you an email and a text with your collection code. If you have the InPost
app, you can track the progress of your parcel, and your collection code will pop up on the
app when it’s available at your chosen location.

Orders are held at the collection point for 3 days from the day they arrive before being
returned to the retailer. You will receive SMS reminders from InPost before the parcel is
returned.

 

 

For all click & collect orders please contact us prior to collecting to agree & date and time for collection 

International orders - please allow 1-2 working days for processing

 

Western Europe: 2-4 working days

Eastern Europe: 3-5 working days

ROW: 5-7 working days 

 

 

Please be aware custom charges may apply, unfortunately this is out of our control. If you do not want to pay customs & your parcel gets returned, we can refund you the amount for the products. However shipping will not be refunded.
